What is MSC or Marine Stewardship Council? The MSC’s fishery certification program and seafood eco-label recognize and reward sustainable fishing. We are a global organization working with fisheries, seafood companies, scientists, conservation groups and the public to promote the best environmental choice in seafood. In other words, they make sure we know where our fish are coming from, we are not over fishing the fish we eat and not destroying their habitat while catching them. I don’t know about you, but I would like my children to be able to eat fish just like I did as a child. And I love the idea.
